Sometimes, there is nothing as good as au naturale! So, keeping this in mind, the milk mix is made with just Shatavari. And nothing else.
When added to milk, it results in a nourishing, rejuvenating tonic for Mama that promotes hormonal balance and has also been known to aid lactation, as per Ayurveda.
We’ve not sweetened the milk mix from our end. You can add a bit of jaggery powder or honey to elevate the taste or can enjoy it as is.
How & When to eat it:
Add a teaspoon of this to a glass of warm milk and have it as a soothing nightcap! You will be able to feel the difference.
P.S It has a mild taste of nothing. Try it once without additives and let us know if you liked it.
